HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REPLACE MY ROOF?

Replacing your roof can often be done in less than two days. We replace the roof, siding and gutters entirely and we clean up spotlessly.

DO WE HAVE TO STAY SOMEWHERE WHILE THE ROOF IS BEING REPLACED?

No. You can stay at home with no interruption and we’ll get out of the way as quickly as possible so you can go on enjoying your life.

DO YOU TAKE CREDIT CARDS?

Certainly, we accept cash and credit along with a complete bill of sale including all materials used.

I THINK I MIGHT HAVE HAIL DAMAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

There’s no obligation to work with us after your free inspection so it’s often a good idea to have a look. We will provide photo evidence to help you determine whether to file a claim or otherwise start the project.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE IF IT'S TIME TO GET A NEW ROOF?

We climb up on the roof and look at any aging or damage in the same way an insurance adjuster would. We look for threads or tears in the shingles, especially many points of impact within a small area. We look at the gutters, skylights to get a sense of the impact of storm damage. And we make sure to look for leaks that could potentially become serious.

WHAT KINDS OF ROOFS DO YOU SERVICE?

We proudly and commonly build metal roofs, cement roofs, roofs with asphalt shingle, class 4 shingles and many others.

WHAT KIND OF MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

Lately, we’ve really been using a lot of the Owens-Corning shingle products. They’re reliable, available in retail stores and last as long as they claim. We’re always on the lookout for the materials that provide the best value for our customers.

HOW DO YOU GET PAID?

We take 50% up front and another 50% upon completion. Nice and simple.

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH CLASS-4 SHINGLES?

Class-4 shingles are hail-resistant. They’re made with rubber and provide a bounce effect for object that hit the shingle. Many insurance companies will give you a discount for upgrading your shingles. Especially if you live in an area where hail occurs, like Colorado’s front range.

Every roof is different, so the timeline depends on your home’s size, roof complexity, and the material being installed. After your inspection, we’ll give you a clear schedule and keep you updated throughout the project so you know exactly what to expect.

DO I NEED TO LEAVE MY HOME WHILE MY ROOF IS BEING REPLACED?

No. Most homeowners can stay at home during the project. Roofing can be noisy, but our team works efficiently and keeps the jobsite organized so disruption stays to a minimum. If you have kids, pets, or work-from-home needs, we’re happy to talk through the best plan before we begin.

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash and credit, and we provide a complete bill of sale that includes all materials used for your project.

If replacement is the smarter long-term option, we’ll explain why and help you choose the best solution for your home.

WHAT TYPES OF ROOFING SYSTEMS DO YOU WORK ON?

We service a wide range of roofing systems in Westminster, CO and North Metro Denver, including asphalt shingle roofs, metal roofing, concrete tile roofing, and commercial flat or low-slope systems like TPO and EPDM.

WHAT ROOFING MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

We use high-quality materials built for long-term protection and performance, and we install systems backed by trusted manufacturers. As an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, we focus on doing the job right with dependable products and clean workmanship.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK FOR A ROOFING PROJECT?

We keep payment simple: 50% is due up front, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion. You’ll also receive a complete bill of sale outlining all materials used.

WHAT ARE CLASS 4 SHINGLES, AND ARE THEY WORTH IT?

Class 4 shingles are designed for stronger impact resistance than standard shingles, which can be a big benefit in hail-prone areas like North Metro Denver. If you’re interested in class 4 options, we can explain the differences, review available choices, and help you decide what makes the most sense for your home and budget.
